Very interesting article, considering Mario’s history this is the kind of stuff that pulls me in. I’ve been researching more of the mitochondria and cellular health (thanks to you!!) And in your opinion what is the Top 3 things we can do for our mitochondria?
Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Vitamin D. Jennifer, I have known you since I was a young physician. Time flies as I reach the big 60; we have suffered significant losses since 2020. Thank you for being so loyal and for always defending my approach to medicine in our community. You know how conventional medicine doctors in our community think of me and talk badly at me in front of me and behind my back? I appreciate you.
So sweet. I have not needed to defend him yet because every one I have sent over to him has loved him! I have my friend here on earth today because of him. I know she would have succumbed to her vaccine injuries if he had not helped her.But I will defend him if I ever needed to.
Dr. Phan is so amazing and I always tell people that it was a true answer to prayer to find him when I did. Actually miraculous!
Dr. Phan, where do you recommend we source the Vitamin C, D (D3?), and Magnesium. Supplements are like the wild West and difficult to know who to trust.
I love this. I wonder though... is it possible some of these people feel threatened by it because it doesn't acknowledge there are multiple causes of cancer and it is, many times, multifactorial? It isn't the theory which is flawed but the presentation.
My son's thymus organ was stolen as a newborn during heart surgery. The thymus makes immune cells which fight cancer. It doesn't matter how great your mitochondria are, if you do not have the thymus peptides which mature immunocompetent t-cells and the thymus microenvironment, the risk for cancer increases.
Several studies demonstrated that mitochondrial dynamics and metabolic pathways control T cell fate in the periphery but this isn't necessarily the whole story.
It is none of my business what others believe nor do I want to change their mind or even challenge their ideas. I'm only bringing something else to the table, a different perspective which may not be welcome. If that is the case I am sorry to have said anything. It isn't my intent to intrude or share unsolicited, unwelcome views. 🙏
I felt a terrible pain when I read of the thymus removal. Since our family had suffered a medical maiming, which the powers that be used great skill in gaslighting us about. I wish they had used such effort delivering care. I truly believe that if we, as a nation, received truthful informed consent from our “health care providers” we, as consumers, upon weighing the true risk against the true benefits, would decline a good 80 - 90 % of what is offered to us as “healthcare “. One can only wonder what would happen to the almost 20% of our nation’s GNP that is currently being consumed by the medical/industrial complex? Maybe it would shrink back to the 3.5 percent that we were paying in the 1960s? How would such a savings affect our households? Our families? Our children?
These mafioso racketeers hurt innocent children. It is so painful.
My appendix was taken out during an emergency bowel obstruction surgery when I was a year old. Because they thought the appendix did nothing. They probably did it without my parents knowledge or consent.
I need to research the role of the appendix. I probably should be doing something to compensate not having one.
There are supplements which may address some of the negative effects of appendix removal. It doesn't replace what was stolen from you though. I'm so sorry and sorry to share such disturbing news with you. I was trying to be helpful but sometimes saying less is better.
The appendix is thought to act as a haven or reservoir for beneficial gut bacteria. When the appendix is removed, they have just destroyed the microbiome. A healthy way to restore the microbiome is through eating fermented food (not store-bought). Fermented food is prebiotic and probiotic. I would also rec. A post-biotic called butyrate
I went to my forum (physicians only; Seeds Scientific Research Performance) in cellular medicine. The forum is designed as a grand-rounds type of format where you can present a case to the experts or to Dr. Seeds himself. This was his response to my question concerning your case:
When it comes to maintaining a healthy microbiome, Dr. William Seeds, known for his focus on cellular and gut health, advocates a multi-faceted approach to ensure a balanced and resilient gut environment. Below are some strategies that align with his principles for optimizing microbiome health:
1. Gut-Healthy Diet:
Dr. Seeds emphasizes that the food you consume plays a pivotal role in shaping your microbiome. Incorporating the following elements can support the growth of beneficial bacteria:
• Fiber-Rich Foods: Fiber is essential for feeding good gut bacteria. Foods like vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains are high in fiber, which can promote microbial diversity.
• Prebiotics: Prebiotics are non-digestible food components that stimulate the growth of healthy gut bacteria. Dr. Seeds likely emphasizes foods rich in prebiotics to feed beneficial bacteria.
• Fermented Foods: Fermented foods are naturally rich in probiotics (live bacteria that support gut health). Including these foods can help replenish and balance the microbiome.
• Examples: Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, and kombucha.
• Polyphenol-Rich Foods: Polyphenols, found in colorful fruits and vegetables, have prebiotic-like effects and help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria.
• Examples: Berries, dark chocolate, tea, red wine (in moderation), and olive oil.
2. Probiotic Supplementation:
Dr. Seeds is a proponent of probiotics, particularly in situations where the microbiome may be disrupted, such as after an appendectomy or antibiotic use. Probiotic supplements can help introduce beneficial strains of bacteria to the gut.
• Targeted Probiotics: Depending on individual health conditions (e.g., gastrointestinal disorders, inflammation), certain strains of probiotics may be more beneficial. Common strains that Dr. Seeds might recommend include:
• Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium: These strains are well-researched and beneficial for digestive health and supporting the immune system.
• Saccharomyces boulardii: This is a probiotic yeast that helps balance the gut, especially during times of digestive stress or antibiotic use.
• Synbiotics: These combine probiotics and prebiotics to provide a synergistic effect. The prebiotics in the supplement help feed the probiotics, enhancing their effectiveness.
3. Postbiotic: Butyrate
4. Anti-Inflammatory Foods and Supplements:
Reducing chronic inflammation is central to Dr. Seeds’ approach, especially for those with conditions like Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. An anti-inflammatory diet can help protect the gut lining and promote a healthy microbiome.
• Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Omega-3s are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and can support gut health.
• Examples: Fatty fish like salmon, chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts.
• Curcumin (Turmeric): Curcumin is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that can help reduce inflammation in the gut and promote healing.
• Tip: Taking curcumin with black pepper (which contains piperine) enhances its absorption.
• Ginger: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and is beneficial for gut motility and reducing bloating or discomfort.
• Bone Broth: Rich in collagen and glutamine, bone broth can help heal the gut lining and support the integrity of the gut wall.
4. Fasting and Gut Rest:
Intermittent fasting is a practice that Dr. Seeds might advocate to allow the gut to rest and rejuvenate. Fasting can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria and reduce the risk of dysbiosis (an imbalance of gut bacteria).
• Time-Restricted Eating (TRE): This involves eating within a specific window of time, such as an 8-hour period, and fasting for the remaining 16 hours. TRE allows the gut to rest and can promote autophagy, a process where the body cleans out damaged cells and regenerates new ones.
5. Limiting Processed Foods and Sugar:
Processed foods and added sugars can negatively impact the microbiome by promoting the growth of harmful bacteria. Dr. Seeds likely recommends minimizing processed food intake and focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods.
• Artificial Sweeteners: Some artificial sweeteners, like aspartame and sucralose, have been shown to disrupt the microbiome. Avoiding these and opting for natural sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit might be encouraged.
6. Exercise and Microbiome Health:
Physical activity is also a key factor in maintaining a healthy microbiome. Exercise can increase the diversity of gut bacteria, which is associated with better overall health.
• Moderate-Intensity Exercise: Regular, moderate exercise such as walking, swimming, or cycling can help support microbiome diversity and reduce inflammation in the gut.
7. Stress Management:
Chronic stress can negatively impact the gut by promoting inflammation and disrupting the microbiome. Techniques like meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises can reduce stress and support gut health.
8. Peptide Therapy (Dr. Seeds’ Expertise):
Dr. Seeds is well-known for his work with peptide therapy, which could play a role in gut healing. Peptides like BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) are known for their gut-healing properties and may be recommended by Dr. Seeds in cases where gut lining repair is needed.
• BPC-157: This peptide has shown promise in promoting gut healing by reducing inflammation and supporting the repair of the intestinal lining.
9. Microbiome Testing:
To better understand the state of your gut, Dr. Seeds might advocate for microbiome testing. This can give you a clearer picture of which bacterial strains are present, where imbalances may exist, and how to target specific interventions.
** Along with all of that, you need a peptide called Body Protective Complex 157
I'm so sorry for what happened to you as an infant JJ.
While the harmful effects of thymectomy during heart surgery have been studied in depth, proving may lead to severe immunodeficiency, increased risk of autoimmune diseases, cancer, chronic infections and early death, I can say with certainly that science does not always acknowledge the harms they commit. They think not seeing immediate negative effects, not having studies proving harm, means it is harmless. They often do not study harms as a means of escaping liability.
I did a quick search and this is what popped up:
The appendix's function has been a topic of debate for a long time, but recent research suggests it may be important for intestinal health:
Safe house for gut bacteria
The appendix may store healthy gut bacteria that can repopulate the colon after diarrhea or antibiotic use.
Immunological importance
The appendix may be involved in the development and maintenance of the intestinal immune system. It contains lymphoid tissue that produces IgA antibodies and matures B lymphocytes.
Biofilm reservoir
The appendix is rich in biofilms that shed bacteria into the intestinal lumen.
Longer life
According to a study of 258 mammal species, those with an appendix live longer than those without one
Hopefully, we are past the days of surgeons removing healthy organs just because. Are they still removing the thymus in the type of surgery that your son had?
Yes, it is common practice. They also make pharmaceutical drugs out of these stolen organs. Rethymic, a 2.7 million dollar per dose drugs and more on the horizon. No one is ever told their thymus organ is taken from them.
I understand that a primary function of the concentration camps in China that hold the minority Wygar muslims is to harvest their organs. The CCP does this and virtually none of the powers that be are saying anything about this.
I have watched YouTube videos on this topic. I even tried to comment about thymectomy. YouTube deletes all my comments. This censorship has been going on a long time. I've been trying to raise awareness for 20 years.
Ivermectin inhibits the mTOR pathway? So does this mean it can help prevent cancer or at least slow down the process? Kind of like Rapamycin is thought to do?
I wonder if it can be used as a prophylactic for cancer?
Also, does it mean the ivermectin is an anti aging medicine?
Does this mean that people who have inherited cancer syndromes like Lynch syndrome or Puetz Jegher syndrome (in my case) actually have a problem with their mitochondria? Or is it that their mitochondria is broken because of the mutation?
Lynch syndrome is caused by mutations in DNA mismatch repair (MMR) genes, such as MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2. These genes repair mistakes made during DNA replication. When these genes are mutated, cells accumulate DNA errors, which can lead to cancer. The problem is not the mutations. At the epigenetic level, will the DNA mutations cause cancer? You can stimulate the mutated gene by not taking care of the mitochondria. There is a lot of cellular communication between the Mitochondria and our DNA. Have you ever gone to a nail salon? Vietnamese Americans usually own them. They talk a lot to themselves in Vietnamese about you !! " You want Crystal Gel ?" :) Ty Nicols ( Poignant Perceptive) recently wrote about "words" or our self-talk. Through our thoughts, we can stimulate the gene negatively or positively.
Only around 20 percent of our genes express negativity or positivity. Our genes do not control us; we control them through our mind, spirit, and soul.
"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Philippians 4:8
Dr. Phan, Also related is the idea of water having memory. If our bodies are 70% water and words have frequency. Potentially the water in our bodies can remain the frequency of our words. Negative or positive. It is mind boggling.
Thanks. I will watch tonight. Such a fascinating subject!
Next question: Do we know how long water is in our body? Do we have some of the same water all our lives? If so, it could be one of the connections to PTSD and other things like it right?
